Calisthenics is a safe and healthy exercise method based on training with your body weight.

Calisthenics can be used to achieve any goal you may have, from losing weight, to gaining more strength, learning cool tricks, or improving your health and well-being. The training method works for everyone, from people just starting to exercise and athletes that have many years of training experience.

 

Calisthenics is a lifestyle sport divided into 3 disciplines:

  1. Strength Endurance
  2. Freestyle
  3. Static holds
